Conferences in Nairobi can take place at large or more intimate venues, and we can assist with all arrangements from name tags to bookings and accommodation.
ACCOMMODATION
When planning an exhibition or conference in Nairobi, you may need assistance with accommodation for both exhibitors as well as delegates. We can assist.
SHELL STAND BUILDING
Our standard shell stands are well maintained and able to provide an excellent exhibiting platform. With all the latest add-ons in terms of furniture and lighting.
LOGISTICS
Logistics for large numbers of delegates as well as attendees and participants can be taken care of through ESC.
Building Exhibitions and Stands in Kenya since 1990
Exhibition Stand Contractors Ltd (ESC) was created from Event & Conference Organisers Ltd (ECO). ECO was started in 1990 to organise and manage Trade exhibitions in East Africa. Since there were no shell system in Kenya we brought in our own equipment to build exhibitions, and so started a new business as stand contractors.
ESC is now totally focused on building exhibition in Kenya and the surrounding countries. We have a good stock of clean Octonorm type Exhibition Stand System and lots of experience on building large and small events. These have been largely in Kenya but have included over the years Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and Ethiopia. See gallery

ESC has an extensive catalogue of furniture, fridges, TVs and other extras for hire; either through the event organisers or direct to the exhibitors. See catalogue
Who are we: We are a small but highly experienced team of Kenyans - most of us have been together since the early 1990’s!
